Resolved: Almost 1 month and still nothing
Found the company that bought Topspin, contacted customer service, was refunded promptly.
So I finally resolved this situation! There were some hoops to go through but basically I researched Topspin and found that they were bought out by this company called Bandmerch.
I went to their website and contacted them with my issue.
I was refunded quickly and they were very understanding! You can contact support@***.zendesk.com and they will make a ticket and will refund you if there's a problem with your order.
Ah, my bad actually, here is the amount I was charged : SUBTOTAL:$65.00 TAX:$0.00 SHIPPING:$32.99 TOTAL:$97.99 Yep. So a HUNDRED dollars just vanished.
I am currently in touch with Amon Tobin's official website contact but they say it's a dead end too and they cannot find a solution or a way of getting in touch with Topspin. Maybe if enough people in the same situation as I am get together we can file a dispute and claim a refund, this seems like a large-scale scam to me.

I ordered a couple of items from the band vintage trouble from topspin, I ordered it on oct 26th 2013 it is now nov 19 and still have not recieved the items i ordered. i am going to email the band on their web site and tell them that they should drop this company, they suck

Hey Steve,I finally had my issue resolved, there were some hoops to go through but basically Topspin was bought out by this company called Bandmerch, I went to their website and contacted them with my issue. I was refunded and they were very fast and kind about it!
